In a world that constantly demands more from us, especially during life's significant transitions such as perimenopause or menopause, the empty nest syndrome, or the challenges of caring for aging parents while dealing with various health issues, it's all too easy to neglect our own well-being.

For years, I worked as an educator, dedicated to nurturing the minds of others while often unintentionally overlooking my own well-being. Life intervened with a wake-up call—a few new health issues that compelled me to pause, reflect, and make changes.

I wanted to explore natural ways to let my body heal and to prevent further lifestyle diseases.  That is when I began to study Integrative Nutrition. 

Gradually, I learned that by making small changes, it can  add up to make a big difference. Now, my mission is to assist women like you who may have put their own needs on hold. Together, we'll shift the focus, prioritize your health, and cultivate lasting, healthy habits for a brighter, more joyful life.

My journey into holistic health coaching was driven by a powerful combination of personal experiences and professional insights. For over three decades, I dedicated myself to education, nurturing young minds while unintentionally neglecting my own well-being. However, a pivotal moment came when a few new health concerns forced me to pause and reevaluate. That moment, though challenging, became the catalyst for my career change.

My passion for holistic health isn't just a career choice; it's born out of my own journey. I understand firsthand the struggles that come with balancing family, work, and health. The challenges of perimenopause, menopause, and empty nest syndrome can be overwhelming, but I believe they can also be transformative. They led me to explore the intricate relationship between our bodies, our minds, and even our microbiomes—a journey that empowered me to address high cholesterol, pre-diabetes, and anxiety by using holistic approaches and food as my medicine.

My coaching style is rooted in your needs and preferences. I believe in a client-driven approach that puts you at the center of your wellness journey. My role is to provide unwavering support and nurturing guidance as you navigate the path to a healthier, happier you.
